Job Summary
This role is for an Organizational Assistant to join the general administration team of a major high-rise construction player in Northern Bavaria, responsible for planning, constructing, and maintaining state buildings. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks including registry, archive organization, office supply management, mail processing, and operating the telephone exchange. Additionally, the assistant will support HR administration, assist with ongoing application processes, and provide secretarial support to management and departments, including organizing digital meetings.
