Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive management of the Pastetten Joint Administrative Community, located southeast of Munich. You will be instrumental in processing grant applications, preparing and following up on meetings, drafting legal documents, and managing contracts. Additionally, you will handle matters related to safety and public order, insurance affairs, and archival tasks, occasionally stepping in for the mayor's antechamber assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a background in public administration or a commercial education with a strong willingness to delve into public sector work. Required Skills
