Job Summary

As a Technical Manager for regional facility management, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, customers, and tenants regarding all technical and infrastructural facility management inquiries across multiple locations in the East region (Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt). Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing and controlling service providers, planning and executing investment, maintenance, and conversion projects, and managing the procurement and awarding of contracts. You will also be responsible for performance acceptance, billing, warranty tracking, and implementing quality assurance measures. This role requires strong cost-benefit analysis skills to optimize facility management topics and develop improvement proposals.
