Job Summary

This role involves acting as the client representative and project manager for construction projects within the district, focusing on heating, ventilation, and sanitary (HVS) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for project development, planning, and execution of HVS measures, ensuring they are economical, ecological, and sustainable. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing external planning services, obtaining and evaluating bids, creating and checking specifications, and managing project handover. The position also provides operational support for building services.
