Job Summary

This role involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of information and telecommunication systems, including telephone systems, networks, and security technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting, as well as independently planning and implementing customer-specific IT and TK solutions. Key responsibilities also include installing LAN/WLAN network technology with proper cabling and measurement, integrating and configuring hardware and software, and thorough documentation of work processes and projects. The position requires advising and supporting clients both on-site and via remote support. Ideal candidates will have a completed vocational training in information and telecommunication electronics or a comparable qualification, along with experience in hardware/software installation and strong knowledge of network and IT systems.
