Job Summary

This role offers a motivated individual the opportunity to join the Institute for Physiological Chemistry at Philipps-Universität, Marburg, focusing on targeted cancer therapies. As a Research Associate and Doctoral Candidate, you will engage in scientific services, research, and teaching. A core responsibility involves pursuing a doctoral project, investigating mechanisms of therapy resistance to allosteric inhibitors and/or characterizing molecular and functional aspects of Monobodies. You will also contribute to scientific publications and presentations, and mentor students in human medicine and human biology. This position is ideal for someone passionate about molecular cancer research, seeking to advance their scientific qualifications within a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and international team.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Diploma, Master, or equivalent) in a biological, life science, pharmaceutical, or chemical field. Doctoral project in molecular cancer research is expected.

Experience
