Job Summary

As a Deputy Object Manager for Technical Building Management, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and quality assurance of technical processes within an assigned property. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating and overseeing all technical procedures, managing orders, preparing quotes, and handling invoicing. You will also be responsible for scheduling and monitoring recurring maintenance and expert inspections, as well as planning and implementing optimization measures. A key part of the role is leading and deploying an internal technical team, coordinating internal and external service providers, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
