Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the delivery of contractually agreed services, including coordination, monitoring, and quality assurance of all technical processes. Key responsibilities include order management, quotation preparation, invoicing, and overseeing recurring maintenance and expert inspections. The Deputy Head will also plan and implement optimization measures, create concepts and offers for technical services (electrical, HVAC), and lead an internal technical team. The position requires coordinating all internal and external service providers at the property, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and managing customer relations, including expanding service offerings.
