Job Summary

This role is for a dynamic IT professional to lead the IT team (4 employees and 1 apprentice) at the Mindelheim Clinic, ensuring high user satisfaction and contributing to efficient clinic processes. Beyond team leadership, the position involves significant cross-functional responsibilities, including leading IT projects across multiple clinics and medical centers (MVZs), taking ownership of specialized IT topics like MVZ IT coordination and emergency systems, and conceptually advancing the IT systems and solutions for the entire clinic network. The ideal candidate will bring a background in (Business) Informatics, leadership experience, and a proactive, analytical approach, ideally with a passion for the healthcare sector.
