Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Specialist or System Administrator to contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of IT solutions within an Azure cloud infrastructure. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Azure environment, managing MS Teams and SharePoint, and delivering a wide range of in-house IT services, including user administration in Microsoft O365 and client support. The position involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing IT support and training to employees, and administering network and virtual desktop infrastructures. You'll also be responsible for hardware/software configuration and monitoring IT infrastructure, with opportunities for onsite support at various locations and occasional business travel.
