Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to support a leading IT service provider in Europe, working with a key client, BWI. The daily tasks involve managing hardware logistics, including receiving, storing, documenting, and labeling IT equipment, as well as maintaining the main and small parts warehouses. The technician will also be responsible for processing tickets in the client's system, resolving end-user issues, replacing faulty components, and coordinating manufacturer services.
