Job Summary
This role involves conceptualizing and developing user-centric Human-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions for display and operating concepts in commercial vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing GUI series concepts, including golden rules, style guides, and interaction principles, and documenting these concepts for interface coordination using tools like state-charts and wireframes. Key responsibilities also include coordinating HMI specifications with internal departments and external partners, and overseeing concept implementation throughout the development process. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in media informatics, interaction design, or automotive engineering, seeking to apply their expertise in HMI systems within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Media Informatics, Interaction Design, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on Human-Machine Interaction
Experience
- 3-5 years in the conception and design of complex HMI systems
- Professional experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector (ideally)
- Professional experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Professional experience in moderating cross-departmental coordination
