Join the Reutlingen Building Management team as an Engineer for Technical Building Equipment, specializing in Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary systems. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing projects and acting as the client representative for new constructions, renovations, and refurbishment measures on public buildings. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, independently planning technical building equipment for smaller projects across all HOAI phases, and overseeing on-site construction. You'll also provide technical support to building managers, analyze existing technical systems, and contribute to ensuring operational responsibility. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in building, supply, or energy technology, offering a secure, full-time, and permanent role starting December 1, 2025.
