This critical role involves leading the local Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for ASPIRE, Roche's global business transformation program centered on implementing SAP S/4HANA. The Local Change Management Lead is responsible for overseeing all local OCM, communication, and training activities in Basel, ensuring organizational readiness for the transition. Day-to-day tasks include managing local stakeholder and impact assessments, coordinating specific change activities, and executing OCM plans using provided toolkits. This position requires 3-6 years of proven OCM delivery experience within large-scale ERP or SAP implementation projects. Success hinges on exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive solutions through change agent networks. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor or advanced degree in related specialization areas

Experience

  • 3-6 years in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for ERP/SAP implementation projects or support organization transformations
  • Proven track record in an OCM Manager delivery role
  • Experience leading or having a significant role in the implementation of large-scale and cross-functional projects
