The successful candidate will collaborate closely with construction management, taking responsibility for the planning, tendering, and control of electrical trades. Day-to-day tasks involve actively participating in the planning, tendering, and awarding of building services trades, overseeing construction during the fit-out phase, coordinating external partners, and ensuring smooth collaboration. The position also includes planning, controlling, and monitoring the construction process in the electrical field, conducting regular quality controls, and supporting construction acceptances, ensuring high standards and successful project completion.
