This role involves establishing and developing the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/MEP) trade within residential and ecclesiastical building projects. The specialist planner will create innovative HVAC/MEP concepts for various construction endeavors, including residential, church, and social facilities. Key responsibilities include advising the calculation department and project management during planning phases, acting as the expert for cost estimation of HVAC/MEP trades in feasibility studies and project developments, and optimizing external planners' service specifications.
