Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist / System Administrator at Hypoport hub SE in Berlin, you will be the primary on-site contact for all IT-related issues, providing essential support to over 2,200 colleagues across the Hypoport group. Your day-to-day will involve managing hardware and software, supporting user onboarding, maintaining workstations and meeting room technology, and ensuring the integrity of IT assets. You'll also assist with remote support and contribute to the IT hotline. This role offers the chance to work autonomously within a self-organizing team, with opportunities to expand into areas like user account administration, IT procurement, and print environment management.
