Job Summary
As a Reliability Engineer for Building Technology, you will be instrumental in enhancing the availability and reliability of building systems. Your daily tasks will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve system uptime, analyzing existing maintenance processes for efficiency gains, and conducting systematic fault analyses like Root Cause Analysis to implement preventive measures. You will also be responsible for introducing and developing Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance systems. This role requires close collaboration with Facility Management and technical teams to continuously optimize building technology, manage external service providers, and report on asset performance. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Building Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or a comparable field
Experience
- Several years of experience in maintenance, ideally as a Reliability Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
- Knowledge of analysis methods such as FMEA, RCA, or Six Sigma is advantageous
- Proficient in relevant standards, guidelines, and legal requirements in building technology
