Job Summary
As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing crucial First Level Support both over the phone and on-site within a Windows environment. Your daily tasks will involve creating, classifying, tracking, and maintaining support tickets, as well as configuring Windows clients and Active Directory. You'll also be responsible for setting up workstations and performing hardware checks. This role is ideal for an engaged IT supporter who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to apply their skills to ensure top-notch customer support. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of the Windows environment
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Remote Access (desirable)
