Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing the Power Systems Digitalization department, which includes Asset Management (AM) and Digital System Operation (DSO) teams. The successful candidate will lead approximately 75 employees across locations in Arnhem (NL) and Dresden (DE), focusing on data-driven decision-making to extend the lifespan of energy assets and networks, enhance operational performance, and adapt to complex grid requirements and renewable energies. Key responsibilities include strategic resource planning, collaborating with various business units, developing and implementing data-driven solutions, and supporting projects for a reliable and sustainable energy supply. The position requires a strong leader with a background in power transmission/distribution and excellent communication skills to drive innovation and team development.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Software/Data Sciences, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in leading teams, including remote and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in the power transmission sector
- Experience in the power distribution sector
