The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise calibration of various physical measuring instruments, including their adjustment and minor repairs. Key responsibilities also involve independent scheduling of calibration tasks, creating and archiving calibration protocols, and developing or evaluating calibration instructions. The position requires maintaining calibration facilities and equipment, performing tasks both in the internal calibration laboratory and at manufacturing sites, and potentially at external company locations. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented professional with a background in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, who is proficient in measurement and testing technology and open to shift work and international travel.
