Job Summary
As a Working Student in Digital Services, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience across digital touchpoints, including self-service portals and AI solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing user experience in chat and voice bots, developing new skills for digital assistant systems, and analyzing KPIs to identify areas for improvement based on customer needs. You will also be involved in prompting and testing Large Language Models (LLMs) and creating agents in MS Copilot. This position offers the opportunity for independent project work focused on increasing efficiency and automation within the service environment, contributing directly to the company's mission of delivering health products reliably across Europe. It's an attractive role for students looking to gain practical experience in digital transformation and AI.
Required Skills
Education
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable field
Experience
- Enrollment as a student for at least 2 more semesters in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Initial knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code platforms and API connections
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, VBA) for automation and data processing

- Must be an enrolled student for at least 2 more semesters. This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) and is limited to 12 months. Location is Mannheim/Remote.
