Job Summary

This role involves supporting Jira and Confluence users, providing first-level support, and managing and optimizing Jira and Confluence databases. The administrator will also define and configure interfaces for Jira and Confluence add-ons to ensure seamless workflows and integrations. Key responsibilities include planning and executing regular updates and upgrades to continuously improve the Atlassian environment. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT specialist or equivalent, with several years of experience in Atlassian tools and database administration.
