This position seeks an engaged Marketing Manager with a strong digital focus to join a cultural institution centered around sound, resonance, and tradition (Klangwelt Toggenburg). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital marketing efforts, including the planning and execution of newsletter and email marketing campaigns, focusing on automation, segmentation, and performance optimization. Key tasks involve comprehensive Social Media Management, encompassing content creation, community engagement, and posting schedules, alongside managing Performance Marketing through Paid Ads (Meta, Google) and analyzing campaign results. Furthermore, the role involves system maintenance for the voucher/ticketing system, content and data management for media assets, and supporting editorial tasks like coordinating texts and assisting with press releases. This is a creative and varied role ideal for a structured, analytical individual passionate about data-driven marketing and cultural tourism.

Required Skills

Education

Completed education or degree in Marketing, Communication, or Media.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in digital marketing (Newsletter, Social Media, Paid Ads).
  • Professional experience in system maintenance for ticketing and voucher systems.
  • Experience in coordinating texts and supporting press releases.
