Key responsibilities include technical administration of operating systems, IP telephony, and VPN, alongside meticulous documentation of requests and ticket creation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Apple and Windows environments, familiarity with ServiceNow and Active Directory, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English, ensuring a customer-oriented and reliable approach to problem-solving.
