This role involves providing comprehensive 1st Level IT Support to end-users, specifically for a major client like Deutsche Bank. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, manage loaner devices, and troubleshoot issues with Windows notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Key responsibilities include technical administration of operating systems, IP telephony, and VPN, alongside meticulous documentation of requests and ticket creation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Apple and Windows environments, familiarity with ServiceNow and Active Directory, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English, ensuring a customer-oriented and reliable approach to problem-solving.
