Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting end-users for BASE. Day-to-day, you will manage end-user devices, including inventory, registration, issuance, and retrieval. You'll handle service requests via hotline and ticketing systems, classify incident reports, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Setting up workstations and transporting equipment are also part of the job.
