Job Summary

This role involves hands-on IT support and hardware management for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and disassembling various hardware components, performing initial fault analyses, and developing first-line solutions. A key aspect of the job is providing on-site support within the Stuttgart area, which includes travel and occasional overnight stays. You will also be tasked with user instruction on systems and classifying and escalating IT disturbances. This position is ideal for someone with a background in IT system integration or a similar field, who is proficient with Windows operating systems and standard MS Office applications, and possesses strong communication skills.
