This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting a key end-client, Infosys. The specialist will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests, performing hardware and software troubleshooting, and configuring standard hardware. Day-to-day tasks include supporting users with mobile devices (iOS and Android), resolving network issues, and providing onsite IMAC services for clients.
