Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing user support for disruptions and problems, identifying and verifying errors, and resolving issues remotely. The specialist will also prioritize and classify requests using a ticketing system and maintain documentation in a knowledge database.
