Job Summary
This role offers an IT professional the opportunity to contribute to and manage various IT projects within a dynamic department. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting IT project planning, managing user accounts across AD, MS Teams, and ELAK, and maintaining database systems, particularly MS SQL-Server. The specialist will also administer mail servers, VDI infrastructure, and virtualization platforms, ensuring system security and performance through regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. This position is ideal for someone with strong IT project management skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to system administration and security. Required Skills
Education
Matura (High School Diploma) or Bachelor's degree from a university or equivalent qualifications
Experience
- 3 years of professional experience with a Matura degree OR 1 year of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Professional experience in Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- Professional experience in IT project management
- Professional experience with ticket systems
