Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting numerous Dax-listed companies. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for first and second-level support, handling support tickets, and installing/configuring client systems, including SCCM deployment. You will also manage device, password, and user administration within Active Directory, as well as physically setting up and dismantling workstation equipment on-site, including cabling. Maintaining asset management and updating the customer database are also key tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a similar field, with practical experience in user/password management, operating system installation, and proficiency with Windows 10/11 and ideally ITIL.
