Job Summary
This part-time (50%) Digitalization Clerk position within the Office for Digitalization and Organization focuses on expanding the digital mailroom and supporting the digitalization of incoming mail for various departments. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing, scanning, controlling, evaluating (adhering to TR-RESISCAN standards), and post-processing documents, along with electronically distributing incoming mail and existing files. The role requires meticulous, data protection-compliant work and some physical resilience for manual document handling. Candidates should be independent, flexible, and team-oriented, with a background in administrative services and proficiency in Office applications. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as an Administrative Assistant, training in the intermediate non-technical administrative service, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative tasks
- Experience with document management systems (ENAIO preferred but not required)
