Job Summary

This role involves supporting the data protection team in a crucial capacity, focusing on legal compliance and incident management. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to data protection inquiries, drafting legal opinions on legislative proposals, and managing data protection incidents. A key part of the role includes conducting data protection impact assessments, regularly reviewing and updating privacy policies, and processing rectification and deletion requests. This position offers a chance to contribute to the high-level ambulatory healthcare system in Lower Saxony, working within a motivated team in a modern work environment with flexible hours and home office options, located centrally in Hannover.

Juridical qualification or comparable qualification with further training in data protection

Experience

  • Initial experience in data protection law is desirable
