Job Summary

The City of Königs Wusterhausen is seeking a Process Analysis and Job Evaluation Specialist to join its Administrative Management Department. This role involves actively shaping the city administration's development by analyzing, optimizing, and documenting internal processes to create an efficient, process-oriented administrative structure. Day-to-day tasks include advising organizational units on developing service instructions and business processes, creating process diagrams, coordinating rule-making, and conducting organizational and workplace analyses. The specialist will also be responsible for evaluating jobs and positions according to public service regulations (TVöD-VKA) and the KGSt model, providing guidance to managers on classification issues, and contributing to the development of uniform evaluation standards.
