Job Summary

This role is for a communicative and customer-focused Validation Analyst to join STERIS in Bitterfeld, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various dosimetric measurements, performing technical tests on laboratory equipment, and functional testing of high-performance electron accelerators. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams, as well as planning and executing product validations according to ISO 11137, from initial customer consultation to documentation and process establishment. The position requires a strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and basic statistical knowledge, with a focus on supporting customers in creating a healthier and safer world.
