Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing the finance and payroll accounting team, serving as the primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, and financial authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial accounting aspects, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting, as well as payroll processing. Key responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with German (HGB/BilMoG) and US accounting standards (US-GAAP), coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, and identifying process optimization potentials.
