REFA Industrial Engineer | REFA Techniker (w/m/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced REFA Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives. Day-to-day, you will conduct time studies, analyze production methods using REFA and MTM techniques, and identify improvement opportunities. You will also be involved in developing work plans, production instructions, and manufacturing concepts, as well as creating time modules for production planning and cost calculation. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, practical experience with REFA and MTM, and a strong understanding of Lean methodologies.
