This role involves comprehensive support for the Real Estate Department (F4) of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany, focusing on records management, digitization, and document handling. The successful candidate will manage incoming and outgoing mail, digitize physical documents, and meticulously organize all records within a structured filing system. Key responsibilities include creating new files, assigning titles, monitoring retention periods, and handling general administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, and procurement of office supplies. This position is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and willing to engage with digital transformation processes, contributing to the efficient operation and financial sustainability of the church's real estate affairs.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Office Management Assistant, Office Communication Assistant, Office Clerk, Specialist for Office Communication, Administrative Assistant, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in office management, office communication, or administration
- Experience with standard software, especially Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work digitally and use specialized software (e.g., VIS-DMS, Archikart)
- Willingness to learn new areas and provide absence cover
- Experience in shaping and actively implementing change processes
