Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware and software issues. You will independently manage and document support requests via a ticketing system, analyze and prioritize problems, and either resolve them directly or escalate to specialized teams. The position also involves supporting client and server issues, managing the procurement, monitoring, and installation of internal hardware and software, and continuously optimizing IT processes. Candidates should possess a strong customer and service-oriented mindset, excellent teamwork skills, and analytical thinking.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support
