Job Summary

This role is for a Digital Remote Service Technician specializing in security systems, playing a crucial part in ensuring the reliable operation of technical facilities for customers. Day-to-day, you will monitor service messages, coordinate with customers and service providers to quickly resolve outages, and analyze and troubleshoot issues remotely via phone or direct access. You'll also leverage monitoring solutions to support field service technicians and maintain the knowledge database. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or IT, with solid IT knowledge and experience in fire alarm or security systems. This position offers the opportunity to work 2-3 days remotely per week and contribute to a digitally transforming service environment.
