Job Summary

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Solution Architect, focusing on the Data Cloud platform to enable innovative, data-driven solutions in healthcare. In this role, you will manage and evolve the data cloud's architecture, collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing requirements for AI enablement, data architecture, security, and access management. You will also be instrumental in automating cloud environments for optimal security, reliability, and data provision, while piloting new AI-supported data management solutions through proof-of-concepts. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience, coupled with extensive expertise in cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), database technologies (Snowflake, Cloud DWH), data integration, and scalable data solutions. This position offers a flexible work environment, including mobile work options within Germany and limited remote work from abroad, allowing for personal and professional growth.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Medical Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable field. Equivalent professional experience and additional qualifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

  • Many years of professional experience in cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • In-depth professional experience and additional qualifications in cloud services (if no degree)
  • In-depth technical knowledge of database and data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Cloud DWH)
  • Experience in data integration (SAP SLT, Glue, Matillion, ETL tools) and data streaming (Kafka)
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable data solutions using open lakehouse technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise data landscapes and architectural building blocks
  • Experience with data models from SAP ERP, SAP BI, and CRM software (advantageous)
  • Extensive experience in developing solutions with SQL, scripting languages, and data transformation methods
  • Experience in software development with agile working models (DevOps approach)

Additional

  • Ability to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of working hours, in consultation with manager
  • Mobile working from abroad possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries
