Job Summary

This role involves the administration, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Exchange infrastructure, both on-premise and Exchange Online, for various state administration and police departments in Lower Saxony, Germany. The specialist will manage approximately 50,000 mailboxes, central fax solutions, and mobile device management. Key responsibilities include 1st and 2nd-level support, setting up and operating IT environments, planning hardware and software architecture, and performing system installations, configurations, and monitoring. The position also requires identifying and reporting software errors, implementing fixes and updates, customizing processes through automation, ensuring email service availability, and participating in project work and client consultation.
