Job Summary

This role is for an Instore Music Systems Manager who will be the technical backbone for HearDis!'s music player fleet, ensuring seamless operation of their in-store music solutions for retail, hospitality, and gastronomy clients. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for technical administration, monitoring, and remote maintenance of music players, conducting error analyses, and providing 2nd/3rd level IT support. You will also configure and test hardware, assist with development tasks, and optimize technical processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or support, strong knowledge of network technology and cloud applications, and excellent communication skills to liaise between account management and the CTO.
