Job Summary
This role is for an Instore Music Systems Manager who will be the technical backbone for HearDis!'s music player fleet, ensuring seamless operation of their in-store music solutions for retail, hospitality, and gastronomy clients. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for technical administration, monitoring, and remote maintenance of music players, conducting error analyses, and providing 2nd/3rd level IT support. You will also configure and test hardware, assist with development tasks, and optimize technical processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or support, strong knowledge of network technology and cloud applications, and excellent communication skills to liaise between account management and the CTO. Education
Completed vocational training in IT System Integration/IT Support or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support (2nd and/or 3rd level)
- Experience with IT/Audio products and their maintenance
- Experience with technical administration, monitoring, and remote maintenance of hardware fleets
