As a Technical Site Manager with a Master Electrician qualification in the Leipzig region, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant execution of electrical equipment and system inspections according to DGUV regulations. Your role involves acting as the responsible electrical specialist, conducting risk assessments, and organizing follow-up measures. A key part of your day will be coaching and developing your team of technicians, ensuring high inspection quality, and providing technical customer consulting. You will also lead internal training sessions, implement quality assurance measures, and actively contribute to the company's growth and process optimization.
