Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Aircraft Mechanic specializing in Line Maintenance for a 5-star airline in Hamburg, Germany. The successful candidate will perform maintenance tasks on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft, adhering to 145 regulations, and may also assist with hangar services. Key requirements include holding an EASA Part-66 CAT B1 license, possessing professional experience in aircraft maintenance, and having recent experience on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft. The position demands strong technical aviation English skills and current certifications in Human Factors, EWIS, and Fuel Tank Safety. Required Skills

Education

EASA Part-66 CAT A1 or CAT B1 approved Basic Knowledge Module examinations, or valid EASA Part-66 CAT A1, B1, or B2 license with Airbus and/or Boeing type ratings. Completed vocational training in an aeronautical or technical profession is ideal. Type training certificates (theory and practice) for Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft (at least Ramp and Transit ATA Spec 104 Level 2 or approved EASA Part-66 CAT B1.1 Type Training or comparable).

Experience

  • Professional experience in aircraft maintenance
  • 1 year of cross-type experience as a Maintenance Mechanic on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft
  • 6 months (750 hours) of recent experience gained in the past two years on Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft

Languages

English (Fluent)

Additional

  • Technical Aviation English ICAO Level 4 (language level check will occur if no proof). Current certificates on Human Factors, EWIS (Target Group 4), and Fuel Tank Safety (Phase 1 & 2).
