Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Optical Engineer to drive the development of innovative optical systems for next-generation connectivity and communication solutions in high-performance data centers, including AI and optical computing networks. The position involves designing and developing optical components such as connectors and assemblies, with a focus on fiber-photonics interfaces to optimize system performance. Key responsibilities include leading prototype manufacturing for fiber-to-chip applications, selecting and evaluating optical components, and transitioning new products from prototype to industrialization. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 3-5 years of experience in optical communication, combined with expertise in manufacturing processes and mechanical design.
