Job Summary

This role is for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to support a client in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance systems, including managing OOS/OOT processes, changes, and deviations, and reviewing test documentation. Key responsibilities also include coordinating root cause analysis for non-conforming results, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and reviewing SOPs and validation/qualification documentation. The position requires active participation in authority inspections, customer, and internal audits, providing expert knowledge. Additionally, the manager will prepare chemical-pharmaceutical documentation, conduct quality checks on raw materials, and release them in the lab head's absence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong GMP experience and a background in biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmacy to contribute to critical quality processes and represent the department in project teams.
