Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Research Associate in Quality Assurance, focusing on ensuring the technical quality and perfection of development projects for a client of FERCHAU. Day-to-day, the associate will conduct FMEA analyses to identify and assess risks, oversee the implementation of risk mitigation strategies, and define and coordinate external testing procedures. They will also perform in-house lab tests as needed, analyze lifetime influences from field returns, and collaborate with departments on manufacturing process approvals.
