This role involves driving the development of measurement processes within interferometric metrology. The successful candidate will investigate and analyze these processes using both theoretical and experimental methods, creating, testing, and optimizing algorithms for evaluation and calibration procedures, and implementing them into manufacturing. Project leadership within this specialized field is also a key responsibility, alongside simulating and optimizing measurement processes and calibration methods.
