Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of planning and designing heating and ventilation systems in accordance with HOAI service phases. You will coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and construction management, overseeing projects from budgeting and scheduling to final handover, while ensuring quality management standards are met. A key part of the job is close collaboration with system planners and coordinating maintenance, repair, inspections, testing, and commissioning of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation units and systems.
